Client Relationship Associate

4. Process client orders and requests accurately and efficiently.
5. Monitor client accounts and alert clients to any changes or updates.
6. Provide clients with financial advice and guidance.
7. Work with other departments to ensure clients' needs are met.
8. Maintain knowledge of the financial industry and trends.
9. Keep up to date with compliance regulations.
10. Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
