5. Assist clients with account setup, access, and navigation.
6. Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify solutions to customer inquiries.
7. Proactively communicate with clients regarding upcoming changes and updates.
8. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
9. Accurately document customer interactions and inquiries.
10. Generate reports and customer service metrics to measure performance.
