Job Description

Vanguard is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Services Associate to join our growing team. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exemplary customer service while resolving inquiries and requests. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for service and a commitment to excellence.The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a customer service role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to handle challenging customer interactions, and a commitment to providing the highest quality service. Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exemplary customer service in response to inquiries and requests.
  2. Multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high attention to detail.
  3. Handle challenging customer interactions with a commitment to providing the highest quality of service.
  4. Respond promptly to inquiries and requests in a professional manner.
  5. Utilize problem-solving techniques to quickly resolve customer issues.
  6. Provide product and service information to customers.
  7. Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Monitor customer service trends and suggest improvements in order to enhance customer satisfaction.
  10. Utilize customer service software to track customer interactions and maintain customer records.
