Client Services Associate

Vanguard is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Services Associate to join our growing team. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exemplary customer service while resolving inquiries and requests. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for service and a commitment to excellence.The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a customer service role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 7. Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Monitor customer service trends and suggest improvements in order to enhance customer satisfaction.
10. Utilize customer service software to track customer interactions and maintain customer records.
