- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage financial planning processes and provide accurate financial forecasts and budget recommendations.
- Analyze and report on financial data to identify trends and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement vendor management strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to vendor management.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain vendor contracts and negotiate terms and conditions to ensure favorable and cost-effective agreements.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with vendor relationships.
- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and optimize vendor management operations.
- Train and mentor junior team members on financial planning and vendor management processes and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive projects and initiatives related to vendor management.
- Act as a subject matter expert on financial planning and vendor management matters and provide guidance to other teams within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning Or Vendor Management.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Familiarity With Financial Planning Software And Vendor Management Systems.
