Fixed Income Trader

We’re looking for an experienced Fixed Income Trader to join our team at Vanguard. You should also be highly motivated and an excellent problem solver.Qualifications:• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in fixed income trading• Strong knowledge of fixed income markets, products, and services• A proven track record of consistently achieving trading performance goals• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills• Ability to build relationships with clients and other stakeholders• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

6. Build relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
7. Prepare and present reports to clients and other stakeholders.
8. Maintain a thorough understanding of fixed income markets, products, and services.
9. Keep abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes.
10. Adhere to internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
