We are looking for an individual who has a strong knowledge of the fixed income market, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The Fixed Income Trader will be responsible for developing and executing trading strategies to meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field, as well as a minimum of five years of experience in a fixed income trading setting. In addition, the candidate must have a deep understanding of the fixed income markets, with a focus on securities such as treasuries, corporate bonds, municipal bonds, and mortgage-backed securities. Experience with both electronic and voice trading is preferred. The candidate must also have a thorough understanding of the regulatory landscape, and demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and market trends.
