  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Partner with senior leadership to identify and address current and future HR needs and challenges.
  3. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of HR data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  5. Manage and lead various HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives.
  6. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance HR programs and processes.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on HR initiatives.
  9. Facilitate and lead training sessions for managers and employees on HR topics.
  10. Maintain a thorough understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations.
  11. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
  12. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and providing recommendations for resolution.
  13. Act as a change agent, driving and supporting organizational change initiatives.
  14. Manage and maintain HR metrics and reports to track progress and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  15. Stay current on industry and market trends to ensure Vanguard remains competitive in terms of HR practices and policies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Consulting Role, Preferably At A Financial Services Or Investment Management Company.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Hr Laws And Regulations, As Well As Industry Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Providing Strategic Hr Consulting And Implementing Solutions To Improve Business Operations And Employee Engagement.
