Responsibilities:

1. Manage and execute the operational side of Vanguard's investment products.
2. Monitor portfolio accounting, investment performance, and reconciliations.
3. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all operational tasks.
4. Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues and outside vendors.
6. Review and analyze investment performance and provide advice and suggestions.
7. Develop and maintain internal processes and procedures related to investment operations.
8. Provide timely and accurate reports to management.
9. Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
10. Participate in training sessions and other learning opportunities to develop technical and professional skills.
