  1. Facilitate agile scrum processes for IT projects, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  2. Act as a servant leader, ensuring the scrum team adheres to Scrum principles and values and continuously improves their processes.
  3. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, prioritize backlog items, and track progress towards project goals.
  4. Identify and remove impediments that are hindering the team's progress, escalating issues when necessary.
  5. Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and practices to ensure a high-performing and self-organizing team.
  6. Encourage and facilitate open communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
  7. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  8. Monitor and report on project progress and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and advancements in agile methodologies and recommend process improvements as needed.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  11. Lead by example and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  13. Provide guidance and support to project team members, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  15. Participate in hiring and onboarding of new team members as needed.
