Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:

-Provide legal advice and guidance to the organization in a timely and accurate manner -Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, corporate transactions, and other legal documents -Analyze and interpret legal documents and regulations -Research legal issues and provide advice to internal stakeholders -Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to ensure legal compliance -Stay up to date with changes in the legal landscape and provide updates to internal stakeholders -Provide support for litigation proceedings, if necessary -Attend hearings and meetings with internal and external stakeholders as required -Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs, as necessary -Maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and other legal professionals
