  1. Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies that align with Vanguard's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all media inquiries and proactively engage with media outlets to secure positive coverage for the company.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry experts, and influencers.
  4. Work closely with internal teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for positive media coverage and thought leadership.
  5. Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to inform future public relations efforts.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all external messaging and materials.
  7. Act as a spokesperson for the company, representing Vanguard in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
  8. Develop and maintain crisis communication plans to address potential reputational risks.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in public relations to continuously improve and enhance the company's reputation.
  10. Collaborate with leadership to identify and pursue opportunities for speaking engagements, awards, and other recognition opportunities.
  11. Manage and monitor PR budget to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.
  12. Provide guidance and support to other team members on public relations initiatives and strategies.
  13. Represent Vanguard at industry events and conferences, networking and promoting the company's brand and reputation.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications related to the company.
  15. Continuously evaluate and adjust public relations strategies to ensure they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Public Relations Or Communications Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Media Relations And Experience Pitching And Securing Coverage In Top-Tier Publications.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Various Audiences.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Pr Campaigns, Including Crisis Communications Management.
