We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our Vanguard team. The ideal candidate has a passion for building relationships and providing exceptional customer service. This person will be responsible for providing strategic advice and excellent customer service to clients while helping them achieve their financial goals. They should have an ability to build rapport quickly and have exceptional communication skills.The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry and a bachelor's degree in finance or related field. We are looking for someone with a combination of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and strong interpersonal skills. An understanding of Vanguard’s products and services is a plus. Above all, the Relationship Manager should have a customer-centric mindset and a commitment to providing the highest level of service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering strategic advice to help them meet their financial goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving any customer issues.
- Utilize technical knowledge and sales acumen to promote Vanguard’s products and services.
- Monitor the financial markets and evaluate trends to provide clients with the best investment advice.
- Prepare reports, track client performance, and present progress to clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategies and plans to increase client base and foster client loyalty.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Vanguard’s products and services.
