In addition to a comprehensive understanding of retirement plan industry regulations and trends, the successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in a related field• At least 5 years of experience in retirement plan administration and customer service• Knowledge of retirement plan regulations, including qualified plans, ERISA, and IRS regulations• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

10. Perform administrative tasks related to retirement plans.
11. Manage and track retirement plan transactions.
12. Monitor customer accounts and provide status updates.
13. Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions.
14. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.
