Vanguard is searching for a Retirement Plan Specialist to join our team and help us provide our clients with the best retirement plan services. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service abilities and an in-depth knowledge of retirement plans. The ideal candidate should have a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals and a commitment to providing the highest-quality customer service.The Retirement Plan Specialist must possess a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and at least three years of experience in the retirement plan industry. They must also have a strong understanding of the regulations and compliance requirements associated with retirement plans. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Provide high-quality support, advice, and guidance to clients regarding retirement plans.
  3. Analyze and interpret retirement plan regulations, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  4. Develop strategies to help clients meet their retirement plan goals.
  5. Monitor retirement plan performance, making adjustments as needed.
  6. Research and stay current on changes in the retirement plan industry.
  7. Prepare detailed documents, reports, and presentations related to retirement plans.
  8. Prepare and submit retirement plan applications and other required documents.
  9. Educate clients on the features and benefits of various retirement plans.
  10. Identify and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
