Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and personable Clinical Implementation Consultant to join the team at Varian Medical Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of our medical technology products. You will provide technical, operational, and clinical support to our customers throughout the implementation process. The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, along with a minimum of two years of experience with medical technologies. You should have excellent customer service skills, and be comfortable working with medical personnel of all levels. You must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Additionally, you should be comfortable traveling to customer sites and working independently. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical, operational, and clinical support to customers throughout the implementation process.
  2. Ensure successful implementation of medical technology products 3.Train customers on product usage and provide ongoing technical support
  3. Maintain excellent customer service standards
  4. Troubleshoot any product-related issues that arise
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience
  6. Communicate effectively with customers and medical personnel of all levels
  7. Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  8. Investigate customer feedback and provide recommendations for product improvements
  9. Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site support
  10. Document and track all customer interactions and product issues
  11. Develop and provide product demonstrations
  12. Participate in the development of product training materials
  13. Assist with product updates and upgrades.
