Manager, Product Quality Engineering

As a key member of our Quality group, you will be responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement and delivering on customer requirements. Responsibilities:

1. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of engineers to ensure the highest level of quality for Varian Medical Systems products and services.
2. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and deliver on customer requirements.
3. Develop and implement Quality programs and processes.
4. Monitor customer feedback and address customer concerns.
5. Analyze and improve existing Quality processes.
6. Design and maintain Quality metrics and dashboards.
7. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.
8. Monitor Quality compliance and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
9. Provide leadership and direction to ensure the successful execution of Quality initiatives.
10. Support new product introduction and product changes.
