The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills, as well as excellent problem solving and communication abilities, to contribute to our success. Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment• Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles and processes• Proven experience in laboratory and production testing• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks• Excellent problem solving and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective manufacturing processes and procedures for the production of medical equipment.
  2. Design and implement testing protocols for laboratory and production processes.
  3. Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
  4. Analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Optimize production processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  6. Lead initiatives to develop and implement Lean Manufacturing principles.
  7. Collaborate with other teams to maintain high-quality standards.
  8. Contribute to the development of new products and technologies.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during production.
  10. Create detailed reports and documents for analysis and review.
