Job Description
  • General tax and provision compliance
  • Manage compliance function for international, federal, state jurisdictions for accurate and timely filing of all returns and payments
  • Working with personnel around the company and world for data collection needs
  • Data collection from the general ledger
  • Work paper preparation
  • Work with outside tax firms
  • Supervise the preparation of federal, international, multi-state tax income tax returns
  • Working with foreign jurisdictions to manage local country compliance process and issues
  • Tax calendar maintenance
  • Tax Fixed asset maintenance
  • Supervise the preparation of quarterly and year-end financial statement tax provision
  • Manage compliance with OCED BEPS reporting requirements

Job Qualifications

  • CPA or CPA candidate required

  • Detailed knowledge of ASC 740 and related tax accounting guidance

  • Demonstrated ability to research complex issues and negotiate and resolve audit issues

  • Master's degree preferred

  • 7+ years of public company C-Corporation income tax compliance and tax provision experience

  • Current experience using ONESOURCE Tax Provision
