Business Operations Manager
Lead multiple projects from initial requirement assessment, data analysis, project scoping, discussion with IT, UAT to implementing the change. Propose short-term and long-term solutions to system request enhancements and simplifying processes to enhance sales productivity. Track and analyze key project metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota achievement and report on gaps to improve future project assessments with IT. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Translate business processes and policies into clear business flows and systems requirements Identify and recommend system improvement opportunities and how they align to the overall corporate strategies.
8+ years of experience in busines operations, process and system optimization, and metric measurement
Demonstrated experience working on multiple projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
Deep knowledge of CRM systems, prefer knowledge of Oracle Sales Cloud
