Job Description

Veritas Technologies is looking for a motivated and service-oriented Technical Support Engineer to join our team. We are seeking candidates with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a positive attitude. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as adapting quickly to new technologies. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for customers.
  3. Adapt quickly to new technologies and software updates.
  4. Create and maintain detailed service reports.
  5. Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation.
  6. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Identify and escalate complex customer issues.
  8. Develop and maintain customer relationships.
  9. Proactively monitor customer systems and notify customers of software updates.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends.
