Job Description

Versace is looking for a motivated Stock Controller to join our team and help ensure the smooth running of our supply chain and inventory management. This is an exciting opportunity to use your expertise in stock control to be part of a world-renowned fashion brand.To be successful in this role, you must have experience in an inventory management role, strong organizational skills, and a good understanding of stock control systems. You will need to be flexible, detail-oriented, and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and manage stock levels across all stores, warehouses, and distribution centers.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely stock replenishment.
  3. Develop and maintain efficient inventory control policies and procedures.
  4. Receive and inspect incoming stock and materials.
  5. Manage the ordering and tracking of stock across various departments.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs to be replenished.
  7. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, orders, deliveries, and returns.
  8. Analyze stock control procedures and suggest improvements as needed.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to reduce overstocking and stockouts.
  10. Identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
  11. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock.
  12. Ensure the safety and security of the stockroom.
  13. Train and supervise stockroom employees.
