Metallurgical Engineer

Vesuvius is looking for an experienced, motivated Metallurgical Engineer to join our team and help us continue to innovate and provide the best solutions to our customers. In this role, you will work closely with our research and development team to develop and test new processes for our products.We are looking for someone who has a degree in Metallurgical Engineering, broad knowledge of metallurgical principles, and experience working in a lab environment. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is able to work independently while managing multiple projects. 1. Develop, test, and design new metallurgical processes for Vesuvius products.
2. Work collaboratively with the research and development team to ensure successful implementation of new processes.
3. Maintain and update existing metallurgical processes.

5. Utilize lab equipment and tools to test new processes.
6. Monitor and document lab experiments.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant safety and quality regulations.
8. Develop reports and technical documents to communicate findings.
9. Stay up to date on industry trends and developments.
10. Manage multiple projects and adjust to changing priorities.
