Responsibilites:
- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Develop and implement plans, policies, and procedures to maximize plant performance and profitability.
- Develop and manage the plant’s budget and resources.
- Monitor KPIs and analyze data to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to maximize efficiency.
- Lead and motivate a team of plant personnel, managing performance and providing training and development opportunities.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain an effective safety program.
- Respond to emergencies and troubleshoot issues to ensure plant operations remain uninterrupted.
