Responsibilites:

1. Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
2. Develop and implement plans, policies, and procedures to maximize plant performance and profitability.
3. Develop and manage the plant’s budget and resources.
4. Monitor KPIs and analyze data to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to maximize efficiency.
5. Lead and motivate a team of plant personnel, managing performance and providing training and development opportunities.
6. Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
7. Create and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
8. Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
9. Develop and maintain an effective safety program.
10. Respond to emergencies and troubleshoot issues to ensure plant operations remain uninterrupted.
