Research and Development Scientist

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct research and development to create new product lines utilizing the scientific principles of Chemistry, Biology, and related fields.
2. Utilize problem solving and analytical skills to identify and address product development issues.
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
5. Develop and test formulas, processes, and prototypes for product development.
6. Monitor laboratory environment to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
7. Create detailed reports and presentations on research and development progress.
8. Participate in product testing and evaluation.
9. Assist with the implementation of product designs to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
