  1. Develop and implement digital content strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and innovative digital experiences that align with brand objectives.
  3. Proactively stay up-to-date with digital trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve and evolve our digital content and experiences.
  4. Plan and manage digital projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
  5. Work closely with creative teams to develop visually appealing and impactful digital assets, including videos, graphics, and interactive elements.
  6. Monitor and analyze digital content performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  7. Ensure consistency and alignment of digital content with brand guidelines and messaging.
  8. Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support digital initiatives.
  9. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, including mentoring and training opportunities.
  10. Contribute to the development and execution of overall digital strategy and contribute innovative ideas for driving growth and engaging customers.
  11. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and incorporate feedback and insights into digital projects.
  12. Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize impact and ROI.
  13. Stay informed of industry developments and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
  14. Maintain a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Digital Content Production: A Digital Producer, Content And Experience At Vf Corporation Must Have A Strong Background In Producing Digital Content, Including But Not Limited To Videos, Images, And Written Copy. This Should Include Experience With Various Content Management Systems And Digital Platforms.

  • Knowledge Of Digital Marketing And E-Commerce: Vf Corporation Is A Global Leader In The Retail Industry, And As Such, A Digital Producer Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies And E-Commerce Best Practices. This Includes Experience With Various Social Media Platforms, Digital Advertising, And Online Sales Channels.

  • Project Management Skills: A Digital Producer, Content And Experience Must Be Able To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines. This Requires Excellent Organizational Skills, Attention To Detail, And The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Creative And Strategic Mindset: In This Role, A Digital Producer Must Be Able To Think Creatively And Strategically To Develop Engaging And Effective Digital Content. This Includes Staying Up-To-Date On Industry Trends And Leveraging Data And Insights To Inform Content Decisions.
