Ensure that all month-end accounting is performed for occupancy expenses in a timely and accurate manner with a high level of attention to detail. Prepare manual journal entries to the general ledger. Reconcile and maintain expense accounts and ensure appropriate accruals each month. Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts each month. Prepare monthly occupancy projections and annual budgets. Assist with internal and external audit requests. Follow up on all outstanding issues on a timely basis.
Two to three years of related financial analysis or accounting experience
Experience in journal entry preparation, auditing and balance sheet reconciliation preferred
Ability to meet all deadlines and handle multiple objectives in a fast-paced environment
