QA Tester - Reservations Technologies

The successful candidate will develop a productive partnership with technology product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering team members. The Quality Assurance Tester will more specifically be responsible for the execution of test plans as well as reporting bugs and usability issues with software products that are developed in house and by third party developers. Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to incorporate into test cases, test scripts, and test plans. Learn and participate in front-end and back-end testing. Establish and maintain traceability of requirements through test plans and cases. Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing. Contribute to the tracking and reporting of established QA metrics and KPIs for assigned projects.
