
Manager - Demand Generation
In this role, you’ll work cross-collaboratively with the Marketing, Product, and Teacher Recruitment teams to optimize the user journey, create incredible experiences, and empower candidates to be successful on our platform. You’ll be creative, data-oriented, and adaptable, with a focus on alignment building, thoughtful planning, and foresight. Manage an agile team of bright, capable, email marketers, while designing sustainable strategies to nurture our prospects. Wield empathy and experience to create and manage incredible email and blog marketing campaigns. Establish a rigorous schedule of testing and optimization in the pursuit of excellence. Manage and maintain attribution consistency for owned channels (email, content syndication, referral). Leverage data and insights to make informed recommendations and detailed reports to leadership.
8+ years of marketing or related experience, preferably in email, lifecycle, or demand generation
3+ years of managing direct reports
Exceptional experience with marketing automation platforms
