Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Associate Cybersecurity Analyst - Penetration Testing to join our dynamic Cybersecurity team. As an Associate Cybersecurity Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security of our systems and protecting our customers' sensitive information. You will work alongside a team of experienced professionals to identify and test vulnerabilities in our systems through penetration testing.   1. Conduct regular penetration testing on Visa's systems to identify and test vulnerabilities.
  2. Collaborate with other members of the Cybersecurity team to develop and implement effective security measures.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber threats and vulnerabilities and proactively make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Document and report on findings from penetration testing to relevant stakeholders.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and help prioritize security concerns.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
  7. Monitor and analyze system logs and network traffic for potential security incidents.
  8. Investigate security incidents and provide timely and thorough responses.
  9. Work closely with other teams to ensure security measures are integrated into the development and deployment processes.
  10. Participate in training and educational opportunities to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
  11. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to other team members as needed.
  13. Foster a culture of security awareness and compliance within the organization.
  14. Continuously improve and optimize penetration testing processes and procedures.
  15. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Penetration Testing Methodologies: A Strong Understanding Of Penetration Testing Techniques, Tools, And Frameworks Is Essential For Success In This Role. The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In Both Manual And Automated Testing Methods And Have Experience With Network, Web Application, And Mobile Penetration Testing.

  • Understanding Of Information Security Principles: A Solid Understanding Of Fundamental Security Principles, Such As Confidentiality, Integrity, And Availability, Is Crucial For An Associate Cybersecurity Analyst - Penetration Testing. The Candidate Should Be Able To Identify And Assess Security Risks, And Make Recommendations For Remediation.

  • Familiarity With Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards: Visa Is A Highly Regulated Company And Adheres To Strict Industry Standards And Compliance Requirements. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Standards Such As Pci-Dss, Iso 27001, And Nist.

  • Technical Skills And Certifications: A Strong Technical Background Is Necessary For This Role, Including Knowledge Of Operating Systems, Networking, And Web Technologies. Additionally, Industry Certifications Such As Ceh (Certified Ethical Hacker) Or Oscp (Offensive Security Certified Professional) Are Highly Desirable.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As An Associate Cybersecurity Analyst - Penetration Testing, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
