Develop a deployment and staffing approach to match talent to projects, ensuring mutual best-fit between project needs and Accelerator member development needs. Partner with Transformation leadership to develop an intake process and prioritization mechanism for Accelerator projects Ensure that project teams are adequately resourced to deliver projects on time and with exceptional results. Monitor and contribute to discussions on top. People Team priorities and tactical projects to execute against them. Build playbooks to drive consistency of approach for all Accelerator projects.
