  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive AI governance strategy for Visa's global operations.
  2. Ensure that all AI systems and processes adhere to ethical and responsible standards.

  4. Stay updated on the latest developments and regulations in the field of AI governance and make recommendations accordingly.
