Sr. Manager - North America Product

- Lead the North America Product team to develop, enhance and manage Visa's product offerings in the region.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and customer needs in the North American market.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for product development and growth, aligned with Visa's overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and technology to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product support.
- Utilize data and analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Manage and prioritize product roadmap, ensuring timely and successful delivery of new products and features.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and stay ahead of competitors.
- Monitor and analyze market and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for Visa's product offerings.
- Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and success.
- Represent Visa and its products at conferences, industry events, and client meetings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in product development and management.
Extensive Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products In The North American Market.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Payment Industry: A Deep Understanding Of The Payment Industry, Including Trends, Regulations, And Competitive Landscape, Is A Crucial Qualification For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of The North American Market And Consumer Behavior.
Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: As A Senior Manager, This Role Requires The Ability To Think Strategically And Make Informed Business Decisions. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Business Acumen And Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Growth And Innovation In The North American Product Portfolio.
