  1. Oversee and improve operations across multiple hospice locations within a designated region.
  2. Collaborate with the Regional Director and other leaders to develop and implement strategic plans for the region.
  3. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies, procedures, and standards.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  6. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to hospice staff, promoting a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  7. Assist with recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure a high-performing and engaged team.
  8. Oversee budget and financial performance for the region, identifying ways to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  9. Serve as a liaison between the region and corporate headquarters, providing updates on operational and clinical issues.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  11. Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and ensure compliance in all aspects of operations.
  12. Foster a culture of excellence in patient care and customer service, ensuring the highest level of patient and family satisfaction.
  13. Represent the company in a professional manner and promote its values and mission.
  14. Collaborate with the Regional Director and other leaders to identify and implement growth opportunities for the region.
  15. Participate in performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff, recognizing and addressing areas for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Operations Management, Preferably In A Hospice Or Palliative Care Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Teams And Overseeing Operations In A Large Region.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance And Accreditation Standards In The Hospice Industry.
