  1. Develop and implement ongoing training programs for clinical staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and create customized training plans.
  3. Conduct training sessions for new and existing clinical staff, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and resources.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in healthcare to ensure training materials are relevant and effective.
  5. Provide support and guidance to clinical staff in their development and understanding of new processes, procedures, and techniques.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve the quality of training.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for clinical staff regarding patient care and best practices.
  8. Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.
  9. Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new clinical staff.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and alignment of training programs.
  11. Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives related to clinical training.
  12. Remain current on company policies and procedures and ensure all training materials reflect the most updated information.
  13. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and other relevant data.
  14. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance training skills and knowledge.
  15. Support a positive and collaborative work environment by fostering open communication and providing feedback to team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Healthcare Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Hospice Or Palliative Care.

  • Strong Clinical Knowledge And Expertise In End-Of-Life Care.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Training Programs.

  • Excellent Communication, Organizational, And Leadership Skills.
