- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance evaluations.
- Help with the recruitment process by posting job listings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including conducting orientations and processing paperwork.
- Provide support for employee relations, including responding to inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
