As a Performance Improvement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in continuously improving our processes and services to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.   1. Develop and implement strategies for performance improvement in all aspects of patient care, including clinical processes, patient satisfaction, and quality outcomes.
  2. Analyze data and identify areas for improvement, using evidence-based practices and benchmarking to drive performance.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and teams to create and implement action plans for improvement initiatives.
  4. Conduct regular audits and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of improvement efforts and make necessary adjustments.
  5. Utilize performance improvement tools and methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, to drive measurable results.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, and families, to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
  7. Train and educate staff on performance improvement processes and initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and regulations related to end-of-life care and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
  9. Serve as a resource and advisor to leadership on performance improvement initiatives and progress.
  10. Maintain accurate records and reports, presenting findings and progress updates to leadership as necessary.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or Human Resources.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Performance Improvement And Quality Management Within A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations, Accreditation Standards, And Quality Improvement Methodologies.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify Areas For Improvement And Develop Effective Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Lead Performance Improvement Initiatives.
