Job Description

Responsible for overall customer success and health for a portfolio of VMware, Security Business Unit's commercial sized customers, ensuring that customers achieve a target security posture and get maximum value out of the products. Reviews health dashboard and performs a strong Customer Operating Rhythm for maintaining the customer’s investment. Collaborates with the support and engineering teams to ensure that customers are healthy in their use of the products and any issues are addressed in a timely manner. Coordinates customer participation in User Groups, Advisory Boards or other VMware, Security Business Unit related events, as well as reference calls and case studies. Assists VMware, Security Business Unit's marketing by encouraging customers to appear in related marketing materials/events. Partners with the Security Business Unit’s Renewals Team to help ensure successful yearly renewal goals.

Job Qualifications
  • 3- 5+ years client management experience in enterprise software

  • Demonstrated sales acumen through previous employment, including proven success owning renewal business

  • Ability to coordinate cross functionally and balance the needs of the customer with the needs of the organization
