Staff Engineer - Storage Performance

VMware is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Staff Engineer - Storage Performance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the performance, scalability, and reliability of our storage solutions. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of storage protocols, technologies and architectures, and a proven track record of delivering high-performance solutions. Additionally, the successful candidate should have experience with storage performance benchmarking, troubleshooting, and analysis tools. Experience with storage systems, including all-flash and hybrid architectures, is a plus.
