Strategic Program Manager

The Digital Transformation team is leading that effort by pairing program management leadership with product and engineering leadership across all efforts. We are looking for a passionate, experienced, change leader to drive the program management across part of the portfolio. This includes the design for how we prioritize and govern, ensuring evidence-based decisions are made and transparent, and for representing the health of the efforts to our most senior executives. You will be the key orchestrator across some of our most difficult, cross functional challenges, and you will be called on to synthesize these issues to some of our most senior executives. Helping the organization drive simplicity by connecting our challenges to organizational re-design (and how things can be different). Understanding and applying program management standards. Manage and mitigate cross-functional risks and dependencies. Create clarity of roles and responsibilities, drive ownership.
