  1. Design and plan fibre network expansion and optimization projects in line with business objectives and customer demands.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective implementation of fibre infrastructure.
  3. Conduct site surveys and gather technical requirements for fibre network installations.
  4. Create and maintain accurate documentation of fibre network designs, including diagrams, schematics, and specifications.
  5. Perform network capacity planning and analysis to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  6. Utilize industry best practices and standards to ensure the quality and reliability of the fibre network.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
  8. Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in fibre technology and incorporate them into network planning and optimization.
  9. Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of fibre network with other systems.
  10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards in all network planning and implementation activities.
  11. Monitor and analyze network performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures.
  12. Provide technical support and training to field technicians and other team members as needed.
  13. Proactively identify and report potential risks and issues and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.
  14. Continuously evaluate and optimize the fibre network to meet changing business needs and customer demands.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer focus while executing all job responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Telecommunications, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Fibre Network Planning And Design.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Fibre Optic Technology, Equipment, And Industry Standards.

  • Proficiency In Using Fibre Planning Software Such As Autocad Or Gis.

  • Excellent Project Management And Communication Skills To Effectively Coordinate With Various Stakeholders And Teams.
