- Provide exceptional HR support to the organization's workforce.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries and concerns from German-speaking employees.
- Communicate effectively in both German and English, both verbally and in writing.

Fluency In German Language: The Primary Qualification For This Role Is Fluency In German, Both Written And Spoken. This Is Essential For Effective Communication With German-Speaking Employees And Colleagues.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field Is Often Required For This Position. This Demonstrates A Strong Foundation In Hr Principles And Practices.
Experience In Hr: Previous Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Multinational Company, Is Highly Desirable For This Role. This Shows A Good Understanding Of Hr Processes And Policies.
