
Mobile Virtual Network Operations Engineer

- Monitor and maintain the operations of the Mobile Virtual Network to ensure seamless connectivity and exceptional user experience for customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any network issues that may arise, working closely with other team members and external partners.
- Continuously assess and improve network performance, implementing necessary updates and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new solutions and services for the Mobile Virtual Network.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mobile technology to ensure our network remains cutting-edge.
- Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for network operations and troubleshooting.
- Proactively identify potential network risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and emergency situations.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve network efficiency and performance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
- Participate in regular network audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's Degree In Telecommunications, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Network Operations, Preferably In The Mobile Telecommunications Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Mobile Network Technologies, Such As 3G, 4G, And 5G.
Experience With Virtual Network Operations, Including Cloud-Based Virtualization And Software-Defined Networking.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Network Issues And Implement Solutions.
