  1. Support the indirect sales team in acquiring new small office/home office (SOHO) customers.
  2. Develop relationships with potential and existing SOHO customers and identify their individual needs and requirements.
  3. Actively participate in sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and client meetings, to generate leads and close deals.
  4. Collaborate with the direct sales team to coordinate efforts and ensure efficient customer acquisition and retention.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  6. Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and plans to achieve business targets.
  7. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  8. Utilize various sales tools and techniques to effectively manage and track sales activities and performance.
  9. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
  10. Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product teams, to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts.
  11. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive and high-performing work environment.
  12. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Vodafone, promoting our products and services and representing the company in a professional manner.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain ethical standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
  15. Continuously develop and improve sales skills and knowledge through training and self-learning.

Job Qualifications
