- Greet and welcome customers to the Vodafone store in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Vodafone's products and services, including mobile devices, plans, and accessories.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of Vodafone's products and services.
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable products and services to meet their communication needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's systems.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques.
- Continuously stay up-to-date with new products, services, and promotions to provide customers with the most relevant information.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment for an optimal customer experience.

Previous Retail Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Customer-Facing Role. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Provide Excellent Customer Service And Handle Various Customer Queries And Concerns.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Retail Adviser, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Communicate Effectively With Customers And Colleagues. This Includes Verbal And Written Communication, As Well As Active Listening Skills To Understand And Address Customer Needs.
Product Knowledge: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Products And Services Offered By Vodafone, Including Mobile Phones, Plans, And Accessories. This Will Enable Them To Confidently Recommend And Upsell Products To Customers Based On Their Needs.
Sales And Customer Service Skills: A Successful Retail Adviser Should Possess Strong Sales And Customer Service Skills To Meet And Exceed Sales Targets And Ensure Customer Satisfaction. This Includes The Ability To Build Rapport With Customers, Handle Objections, And Close Sales.
Time Management And Flexibility: This Role Requires Working 32 Hours Per Week, So The Candidate Should Be Able To Manage Their Time Effectively And Be Flexible With Their Schedule. This May Include Working Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays To Meet The Demands Of The Retail Industry.
