  1. Drive sales and profitability in the assigned store by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and productivity.
  3. Foster a customer-centric culture and ensure an exceptional customer experience by promoting excellent customer service practices.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment by effectively managing employee performance, providing feedback, and addressing any conflicts or issues.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, including but not limited to inventory management, cash handling, and store operations.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to implement promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to increase store traffic and sales.
  9. Continuously monitor competition and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  10. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate and educate customers and employees.
  11. Prepare and present sales reports and performance updates to upper management.
  12. Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures related to retail operations.
  13. Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitors' activities to make informed business decisions.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador and promote the company's values and mission both internally and externally.
  15. Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and grow within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Retail Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing Retail Stores, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales, Managing Inventory, And Achieving Targets.
