  1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements.
  3. Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking.
  4. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates.
  5. Conduct reference and background checks on potential hires to ensure a thorough understanding of their qualifications and suitability for the role.
  6. Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our employer brand and values to potential candidates.
  7. Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  8. Utilize data and metrics to track and analyze recruitment effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, ensuring our recruitment practices are innovative and competitive.
  10. Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and implement onboarding and retention strategies for new hires.
  11. Participate in employer branding initiatives, such as job fairs and campus recruitment events.
  12. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment processes, policies, and best practices.
  13. Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment agencies.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve our recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing End-To-End Recruitment Processes, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Onboarding.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Stakeholders.

  • Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Metrics And Experience Using Data To Drive Decision-Making.
