Job Description

  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, industry trends, and customer needs related to Fixed CPE products.
  2. Lead the entire product life cycle, from ideation to launch, including defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, etc.) to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality products.
  4. Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and budgets to ensure timely and successful product releases.
  5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement.
  6. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with product vision and requirements.
  8. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology to continuously improve and evolve the Fixed CPE product portfolio.
  10. Drive customer-centric thinking throughout the product development process to ensure products meet the needs and expectations of our target audience.
  11. Identify and address potential risks and issues that may impact product delivery or success.
  12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other teams, such as sales and customer service, on Fixed CPE products.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and workflows to optimize product development and delivery.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Vodafone and promote the company's values and products to internal and external audiences.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Information Technology.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Strong Technical Background And Understanding Of Fixed Cpe (Customer Premise Equipment) Technologies And Services.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Managing End-To-End Product Life Cycles, From Concept To Launch.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Teams Such As Engineering, Sales, And Marketing.
