In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our valued customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our mobile network in the territory.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Vodafone customers in the designated territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  3. Support and troubleshoot any issues related to the Vodafone mobile network in the territory.
  4. Monitor network performance and proactively address any potential problems.
  5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve network efficiency and resolve customer concerns.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to ensure accurate and timely support for customers.
  7. Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to understand their needs and address any concerns.
  8. Continuously strive to improve customer experience and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  9. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular reports to management.
  10. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge of Vodafone products and services.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  12. Represent Vodafone in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  13. Take ownership of customer issues and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
  14. Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
