Job Description

We at Volkswagen Group are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to serve as the face of the company, using their excellent communication skills to provide outstanding customer service. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry. You also must possess strong problem-solving abilities, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent service. Additionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  2. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  3. Resolve customer complaints, utilizing problem-solving abilities and maintaining a positive attitude.
  4. Remain up-to-date on product and service information in order to answer customer inquiries.
  5. Maintain customer records and files.
  6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  7. Monitor customer service metrics to identify areas of improvement.
  8. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in an accurate and timely manner.
  9. Prepare and generate reports as needed.
  10. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with provided products and services.
