
Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints, utilizing problem-solving abilities and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Remain up-to-date on product and service information in order to answer customer inquiries.
- Maintain customer records and files.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Monitor customer service metrics to identify areas of improvement.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in an accurate and timely manner.
- Prepare and generate reports as needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with provided products and services.
