Human Resources Business Partner

Support training and development initiatives to maximize employee performance and legal compliance. Serve as PD champion for assigned customer group. Responsible for talent management including consulting with the organization’s leaders regarding team development and personal/professional development of employees. Enhances preventative safety programs for clients. Ensures that environment is safe and complying with industry standards. Able to implement proactive measures to identify, intervene in and manage risks that potentially impact the safety of our environment. Exercise good judgment regarding safety related decisions. The Strategic HRBP partners with business leaders and internal teams to drive alignment of HR strategy, initiatives, policies and practices consistent with strategic business objectives.The HRBP is responsible for leading the HR strategy, support, and services to assigned customer groups. The position provides strategic and operational HR to functional/business leadership, plans and implements human resources initiatives designed to maximize organizational effectiveness.
